Contributing to Windows Package Manager

In this episode of Open at Microsoft we discuss how to contribute packages to the Windows Package Manager Community repository. Both wingetcreate and YAML Create are covered in this episode. As a bonus, we found a bug and demonstrate how to report those as well.
